Delivery Policy

All products sold are are ready to ship to you, anywhere in the South Africa, from our suppliers located locally in the South Africa! You may need to refrigerate other oil-based CBD products, such as CBD oil, cannabis oil, and CBD tinctures, to prevent spoilage or contamination after you use them.
Packaging of the products may vary from the actual description.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The supplier ships orders within 48 hours of receiving them.
Pudo ships domestic packages priority, and they are received within one to two business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email will be sent containing your purchase confirmation number and tracking number which you can track your package via Pudo’s website at https://customer.pudo.co.za/track. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We will endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible.

Guarantee and Returns

Natravit takes pride in serving our customers and our over all customer service. We are committed to your complete satisfaction with the products sold products and your shopping experience.

Due to the nature of the products, they cannot be returned for health reasons once opened. If your products are received in a broken or damaged condition, please bring this to our immediate attention. We will assist as best possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

No refund of the purchase price will be considered unless exceptional mitigation can be proven.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
